In the summer of 2021, after months of a world at a standstill, life slowly began to move again. That summer, fate brought Jorge and Shiho together in Vancouver, Canada, where they were both studying. Their first date over waffles sparked something special, but it took time to truly understand each other and determine if their love could overcome their cultural differences. Love, however, is universal.

By July 2021, they decided to be together, beginning a beautiful love story filled with adventures, joy, challenges, achievements, and occasional setbacks—but always with unconditional love and support for one another.
After months of growing together, December 2022 arrived, and Jorge decided to ask Shiho the most important question of his life:
if she would be the woman he would share his forever with.
